The Role:

• Responsible for collecting ticket sales reports from all venues

• Responsible for compiling and distributing daily ticket sales reports to internal and external personnel

• Fulfillment of ticket requests/orders

• Balance ticket sales records at the close of each business day

• Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

• Provide exceptional fan service both internal and external

• Take pride in the organization and its people; maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience and knowledge of ticket administration

• Exceptional written, oral and electronic communication skills

• Excellent administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Proven time/priority management skills and reliable at adhering to time sensitive deadlines as required

• Knowledge of the Ticketmaster Host System an asset

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision

• Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction

• A demonstrated pride in accuracy and efficiency

• A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
